Thank you for your interest in our online shop. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. The following text provides detailed information about how we use your data.

1. ACCESS DATA AND HOSTING

You can visit our webpages without disclosing any personal information. Each time a website is called up, the web server solely automatically saves a so-called server log file which, for example, contains the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of the call, the amount of data transmitted and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call.

These access data are evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our services. This serves to protect our predominant legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer in the context of a balancing of interests. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.

As part of processing on our behalf, a third party provider provides us with hosting and website presentation services. This serves to protect our predominant legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer in the context of a balancing of interests. a) Use of Google Analytics for web analytics

For website analysis, this website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC (www.google.de). This serves to protect our predominant legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer in the context of a balancing of interests. Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that enable an analysis of your use of the website, such as cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored in a Google server in the USA. Through the activation of the IP anonymisation on this website, the IP address is thereby reduced before transmission within the Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with any other data held by Google.

Google LLC is headquartered in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed here. As a result of this agreement between the US and the European Commission, the latter has established an adequate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield.

You can also prevent the data generated by cookies about your use of the website (including your IP address) being passed on to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Alternatively to the browser plug-in, you can click on this link to prevent the acquisition by Google Analytics on this website in the future. This stores an opt-out cookie on your device. If you delete your cookies, you will need to click on the link again.

b) Use and application of Bing Ads Tracking

This website uses Bing Ads, a program of Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft", Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA). A cookie will be placed on your computer when you access our website via Bing or Yahoo. In this text file information on the use of our website, i.e. the pages you have accessed, will be stored by Bing Ads for 180 days and then deleted. In this way, we can recognise that someone has clicked on an ad, has been redirected to our website or has reached a previously defined target page (conversion page). We only see the total number of users who clicked on a Bing ad and were then redirected to the conversion page. No personal information about the identity of the user will be disclosed. Should you not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also reject the placement of a cookie in this instance by using the browser setting which generally disables the automatic placement of cookies. For more information on data protection and the cookies used at Microsoft Bing, please visit the Microsoft website: https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement

c) Use and application of Facebook Pixel

Our online offer uses so-called "Facebook pixels" by the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or, if you are based in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). With the help of Facebook pixel, Facebook is able to determine the visitors of our offer as a target group for the presentation of advertisements, so-called "Facebook ads". Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to display the Facebook ads we post only to Facebook users who have shown an interest in our website. This means that with the help of the Facebook pixel we want to make sure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of the users and are not annoying. The Facebook pixel also helps us understand the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and marketing research purposes by showing and evaluating whether users are directed to our site after they have clicked a Facebook ad.
The Facebook pixel will be integrated directly by Facebook as soon as you visit our website and can store a so-called cookie, i.e. a small file, on your device. If you then log on to Facebook or visit Facebook in a registered state, your visiting our offer will be noted in your profile. The data collected on you remains anonymous to us, so it does not provide us with any information about the identity of the user. However, Facebook stores and processes the data so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible. Facebook processes the data in accordance with Facebook's Data Usage Policy. Accordingly, you can find more information about how the remarketing pixel works and how Facebook ads are displayed in general in Facebook's data policy at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

You can object to the collection by Facebook pixels and use of your data for displaying "Dynamics Facebook Ads". To do this, you can access the page set up by Facebook and follow the instructions on the settings for usage-based advertising (accessible after login) at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads or the object via the US page http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU page http://www.youronlinechoices.com/. The settings are not dependent of platform, i.e. they are applied to all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices.

8. Advertising via marketing networks

a) Google AdWords Remarketing

We advertise this website in Google search results and on third-party websites via Google Adwords. For this purpose, the so-called remarketing cookie from Google is set when you visit our website, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID and on the basis of the pages you have visited. This serves to protect our predominant legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer in the context of a balancing of interests.

Any additional processing will only take place if you have agreed with Google that your web and app browsing history will be linked to your Google Account and information from your Google Account will be used to personalise ads you see on the web. If you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. To this end, Google temporarily links your personal data with Google Analytics data to form target groups.

Google AdWords Remarketing is a service of Google LLC (www.google.de). Google LLC is headquartered in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed here. As a result of this agreement between the US and the European Commission, the latter has established an adequate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield.

You can disable the remarketing cookie by clicking this link. In addition, you can inform yourself about the setting of cookies at the Digital Advertising Alliance and apply the relevant settings.

After exercising your right of objection, we will not process your personal data further for these purposes, unless we can prove compelling reasons worthy of protection for the processing, which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

This does not apply if the processing is for direct marketing purposes. In this instance, we will not process your personal data for this purpose.
