If not - return it to us. We make returns as easy as possible. Just follow the steps below and receive a credit on your account in no time.

30 days to try things on and decide at your leisure

You can return items to us within 30 days of receiving the goods, even if you bought them in the sale. It is important that they are unworn.

At Ana Alcazar, all items are secured with a tamper-proof seal. Please ensure that the attached seal remains intact and that the products are unused so that your return can be fully processed as quickly as possible. For more information, see Right of withdrawal.

Return items to us in just 5 steps

1. Return form

Complete the return form that comes with your package. Please indicate which items you would like to return and help us improve by including a reason for the return.

2. Returns label

You can return items free of charge if you have an address in Germany, Austria or the Netherlands. Your shipment includes a link to where you can print out a return label on the return form. You can print out a new label here.

3. Pack

Place the item(s) in the parcel together with the return form, seal it carefully and stick the return label on the outside of the parcel so it is clearly visible. Remove any old stickers before doing so.

4. Send

Send your return: You can drop off the parcel at DHL (Austrian Post, PostNL) Parcel Shops and Packing Stations. Please keep the return receipt safe until we confirm your return.

5. Confirmation

As soon as we have received and reviewed your return, we will send you a confirmation email. You will automatically receive a refund within 3 days. If purchased on account, the invoice amount is automatically corrected.

Please note:
Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel so it is clearly visible and take the parcel to the nearest drop off point. For all other countries, we do not offer free returns. Please note that we cannot accept shipments with outstanding delivery charges.

► When will I receive my refund?


The refund will be issued on the day the return is confirmed

After receiving your parcel, we will ensure it is processed rapidly. Any amount paid will be credited immediately to the payment account and refunded via the original payment method.

► Can I exchange an item?


Unfortunately, we do not acceppt exchanges

Does the item you ordered not fit? Simply send it back to us - we will immediately refund any amount paid to the original payment method or correct the invoice. We recommend you then order the new article online straight away - as usual, we will send it to you quickly and easily.
