How do I return an order at Ana Alcazar?
Of course we hope that you are satisfied with the service and the
products by Ana Alcazar at all times. If, however, there is a piece of clothing
that you don’t fancy or that doesn’t fit, you can return every Ana Alcazar
product within 14 days after delivery. Returns
from Germany, Austria and the Netherlands are free of charge.
You can find out all about the relevant formalities on the enclosed delivery
note.
Returns are so easy at Ana Alcazar:
Put the product you want to send back in the original packaging.
- Indicate the product(s) you want to return on the return form (included in your delivery).
- Put the return form and the products you want to return in the parcel and close it.
- In Germany: Put the return sticker on the parcel (included in the delivery).
- In Austria & the Netherlands: you can find a personal link on the delivery note to print your return sticker; print the return form and stick it on the parcel.
- Take the parcel to the post office – that’s it!
After receiving and checking the returned products, we will write you an email concerning the refund of your money, which is done on the same day.
Please note:
Customers outside of Germany, Austria and the Netherlands are to pay for the return costs themselves. We kindly ask you to send the products back to us completely, in their original packaging and all in one parcel, as well as in unused and undamaged condition.

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange a product. Just send it back and order easily the new one.
