► Can I also have my order delivered to a Packing Station?

We also deliver to parcel lockers.


Always ready for pickup! So you can receive your shipment around the clock, we naturally deliver to parcel lockers within Germany. All you need for this is your personal post number and your desired parcel locker. You can find useful information directly from DHL.


Please enter your parcel locker as follows when completing your order:


1. Your desired parcel locker » in the "Street" field

2. Your personal parcel locker number » in the "House number" field

3. Your personal post number » in the "Company / Address addition" field


You will automatically receive a notification from DHL with all the necessary information as soon as you can pick up the shipment at the parcel locker.


► How can I track my order?

Keeping an eye on the current status at all times.


At every step of the order process, we will inform you briefly via email about the current status. You will not only be notified that we have received your order, but also when we process it, pack it, and ship it.

In the final email for shipping confirmation, you will also find the DHL link for order tracking. If you have an account with Ana Alcazar, you can also view all your orders in your personal account area and check the delivery status.


► Duties & Taxes

Customs Duties and Taxes within the European Union


For items shipped within the European Union, there are no additional taxes or customs duties. The item prices and shipping costs are inclusive of VAT. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Customs Duties and Taxes Outside the European Union


Deliveries to countries outside the EU are limited to €1500 per month. For orders exceeding €150, customs clearance is required. The carrier (DHL) will contact you after the order has been shipped to provide you with further information.

► How do I change my Adress?

Change of Delivery or Billing Address in the Customer Account


In your customer account, under "My Address Book," you can change your billing address and edit or add delivery addresses. Any address changes you make in your customer account will not affect the information in your previously placed orders.


Already placed an order, but the delivery address is incorrect?


All order submissions are typically processed and shipped on weekdays within 2 hours. If your order has not been processed yet, please send us a message so that we can cancel the order, giving you the opportunity to place a new order with the correct address.


A subsequent change (e.g., delivery address, payment method) to an already completed order is not possible for both technical and security reasons.

Is your order already in the shipping process?


If our shipping partner cannot deliver the order to the delivery address you provided, the package will be returned, and you will receive an automatic confirmation email from us once the package returned by the shipping partner has been processed in our logistics. The refunded amount will be automatically credited to the payment method used when placing the order."

► My parcel is missing - what can I do?

All shipped packages are insured by Ana Alcazar


Has your parcel still not arrived after a few days and not been handed over to a neighbour? In this case, we would kindly ask you to get in touch with our customer service. We will check on the whereabouts of your parcel immediately and, if necessary, have it traced. We will also let you know, if it is sensible to order the same products straight away once more.


If the package remains untraceable, the full purchase amount will be refunded to you.
