We love fashion, and especially the people who wear our clothes. In our company, fair production conditions are a prerequisite for our quality and success. Our collections are produced exclusively in Europe. Our production sites are mostly owner-managed companies, which work on the basis of the high EU standards. Regardless of the location, the management guarantees fair and universal working conditions, which are regularly inspected on site. We also live these values internally – day after day. Our team stands for fair, pleasant and inspired work with our customers, employees, sales partners and service providers, as well as models and photographers.

We are aware that many people live in unfortunate situations. Wherever we can, we try to support women and children in need. At our company, nothing gets thrown away. We regularly donate collection pieces to a Munich women's shelter in order to provide a bit of comfort and confidence. We have sewn urgently needed fabric masks for a children's hospital at lightning speed and made them available free of charge.

Our business is based on people – and how we treat them is important. We are based in Munich, but we have a global perspective. 60 percent of our team are women. As female founders, it is important to us to promote and encourage women. We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and we support other women in being successful.
