Founded in Munich, at home in the world
Ana Alcazar is characterised and inspired by unconditional love for individuality and femininity. The collections are influenced by the avant-garde and never fail to surprise.
Our two designers, Be & Ju Ilzhöfer, embody the essence of the label – two strong women, sisters and former models who left behind the international catwalks in Paris and Milan for their vision. They designed their first models in a back room of their small Munich boutique. That was in 1985. Today, they have been managing their very own designer label for more than 30 years, with collections that celebrate the diversity of attractiveness as well as female self-confidence. This message is also captured in the name that the two founders created for their label: Ana Alcazar – melodious, vivacious and with its own, unique magic.
