How high are the shipping costs at Ana Alcazar?
There are generally NO shipping costs for products within the borders of Germany, Austria and Netherlands.
Furthermore any return in Germany, Austria and in the Netherlands is FREE OF CHARGE. Hence, you only pay the prices as indicated in our shop.
For all other countries the following shipping costs are charged:

Shipping costs do not depend on weights. In case of delivery in parts, shipping costs are charged only once.
If your order is being shipped to a place outside the EU, import taxes, customs fees and –costs could be charged by the country of destination in addition to the shipping costs. Import customs and taxes are charged by the respective import customs office and are to be paid by the recipient. These costs are based on the import laws of the respective country of destination. They can be charged, when or after the delivery. For further information please contact your respective customs office. Furthermore, depending on the country of destination outside the EU, the available modes of payment could be limited.

How long does it take until I receive my order?
Ana Alcazar delivers fast and reliably within a couple of days. Pieces of clothing that are in stock are sent straight away on the same day of your order (until 4 pm); you will receive your delivery within one to three days in Germany.

Can I also have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Of course you can have your order delivered to a Packstation in Germany. During the ordering process, please select “delivery address”, after entering the invoice address. Please enter your first name, surname, post code and place and the required Packstation-information as follows:
- Section “street”: Please enter Packstation Number
- Section “house number”: Please enter the three-digit number of your Packstation.”.
- Section “additional information”: Please enter the DHL post number.
- Section "zip code": Please enter the Postal Code of Packing Station
If you are having your order delivered to a Packstation, the payment mode of cash on delivery is not possible. Big parcels that do not fit into your rented parcel box are to be collected from a branch office of the Deutsche Post or from a DHL Express Station.
Can I also have my order delivered to a PO Box?
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the fact that deliveries to PO boxes are not possible.
Which logistics partner do we send your parcels with?
Shipping is done by DHL. All orders sent from Ana Alcazar are insured against theft and damages. As soon as you have accepted your delivery and have signed proof thereof, the insurance cover ceases to exist.
Where is my parcel right now?
You would like to know where your parcel is right now and when you can expect your order? – You can use the tracking and tracing service and find out on which part of the way your parcel is. There is a tracking and tracing system on the website of DHL. When we hand over your parcel to DHL, you will receive your parcel number as well as a direct link for tracking and tracing from us. When entering this parcel number (DHL-tracking-number) in the entry box provided, you can stay informed about the delivery status of your order at all times.

My parcel is missing – what can I do?
Has your parcel still not arrived after a few days and not been handed over to a neighbour? In this case, we would kindly ask you to get in touch with our customer service. We will check on the whereabouts of your parcel immediately and, if necessary, have it traced.
